We’re not traditional wedding planners — we’re destination wedding concierges. Most of the resorts we work with already include an in-house wedding coordinator at no extra cost. That person will help with onsite ceremony and event logistics.
What we offer is something more holistic:
We guide you through the entire journey, from venue matching to room blocks, transportation, tours, guest communication, and vendor introductions.If you prefer to hire a full-service external planner, we can recommend trusted professionals through our local network in Cabo, Tulum, and beyond.

If your venue provides a coordinator (most do), they’ll oversee the ceremony and reception. But if you want someone on your team dedicated only to you we offer on-site support packages (at an additional cost). This ensures smooth timelines, guest flow, and stress-free execution.
